GAS BOOSTER AND AIR AMPLIFIERS
Gas booster are intrinsecally safe and ATEX certified. They converts compressed air into high pressure up to 30.000 psi / 2.000 bar (10.000 psi / 700 bar for air amplifiers). They are supplied also in liquefied gases version.
ELECTRIC GAS BOOSTER
Electric boosters don’t need pneumatic power and compressed air. They can generate pressures up to 14.5000 psi (1.000 bar).
LIQUID PUMPS
Air driven liquid pumps are intrinsecally safe and ATEX certification available. They convert compressed air into hydraulic pressure up to 8000 psi (5000 bar).
SAFETY VALVES
Safety valves are design for installations up to 65.000 psi (4.500 bar).
They protect the system against unwanted overpressure. Set and available with ATEX certification.
HYDROGEN SOLENOID VALVES
Direct and piloted hydrogen solenoid valves for gas are suitable for applications up to 14.500 psi (1.000 bar). Thanks to their minimal dimensions they garantee ease of use and integration. They are monostable valves normally closed (NC) or open (NO) and they are made of stainless steel.
NEEDLE VALVES
Bi-directional needle valves are afford the utmost safety and reliability, even under adverse operating conditions in flow control.
They are also available with pneumatic actuators.
BALL VALVES
Trunnion ball valves ensure no leaks and handling up to 20.000 psi (1.380 bar). Also available with pneumatic or electric actuators. They are supplied in three standard mounting options: 2-Way, 3-Way Switching, 3-Way Diverting.
REGULATORS
Pressure regulators for gases and liquids are suitable up to 20.000 psi (1.380). They are made in AISI 316, aluminum and brass and they are available in manual, air loaded and dome versions.
RIGID TUBES
Tubes for high pressure 100% made in Italy ara available in three sizes: 1/4”, 3/8” and 9/16”. Their strenght improves and their duration increases up to 1.8 times thanks to autofrettage techinique. Available also with ASTM A370, ISO 6892-1 and NACE certifications.
FITTINGS AND ADAPTORS
High pressure fittings and adaptors up to 100.000 psi (7.000 bar) are made in stainless steel and they are also available with NACE certification. They guarantee a leak-free connection and assure a simple and dependable connection.
