    Description

    The AIRPLUS series of air treatment units by Pneumax (also known as FRL - Filters, Regulators, Lubricators) are characterized by reliability, flexibility, ease of installation and quick setup.

    The pneumatic filters offer diverse filtering capacities, catering to various needs and applications. They are divided into three categories: coalescing filters, oil removal filters and carbon filters.

    As for the pneumatic lubricators (oil mist), they ensure proportional lubrication based on the required air consumption. The lubricant regulation is manual and can be monitored through a viewing dome, facilitating control over the lubrication process.

    • 4 available sizes from 1/8” to 1”
    • Capacities up to 14000 Nl/min
    • Semi-automatic or automatic condensate discharge
    • Inlet pressures up to 20 bar
    • Operating temperatures: from -40°C to +80°C
    • HDPE filter cartridge available with 3 filtration thresholds (5µm, 20µm, 50µm)
    • Replaceable and/or regenerable filter cartridge through washing or blowing

    • 4 available sizes from 1/8” to 1”
    • Capacities up to 16000 Nl/min
    • Inlet pressure: up to 13 bar
    • Operating temperature: from -5°C to +50°C
    • Available with electric low-level sensor NA and NC
