    Description

    Rotary unions connect moving components with stationary piping systems, allowing for the controlled flow and transfer of various fluids such as steam, water, thermal oil, coolants, hydraulic oil, air, gas, vapor, vacuum, compressed air, and oxygen. These devices can be designed to simultaneously transport multiple types of fluids through several channels. To prevent leaks and ensure that the fluids do not mix between different passages, flexible seals, such as O-rings, are used.
    Depending on the fluid's properties, rotary unions can withstand high temperatures up to about 356°F (180°C), with special applications like steam and oil reaching up to 600°F (316°C).
    These sealing devices handle pressures ranging from 10 bar to 350 bar, depending on the fluid type and the rotation speed measured in revolutions per minute (RPM).
