    Pulse valves description

    The unique feature of these valves is the extremely rapid opening and a high instantaneous flow rate that creates a shock wave, enabling the cleaning of the filter medium with minimal consumption of compressed air. The valves are made of anodized die-cast aluminum, and the screws are made of stainless steel.

    In industrial filters, it is necessary to use valves with special characteristics for shaking the sleeves and consequently dropping the dust.

    The sleeve filter is of the "pulse-jet" type with cleaning of the sleeves performed "on-line" using compressed air blow valves for shaking the sleeves.

    The range includes 6 models from 3/4" to 3", all with female gas threading. Models from 1" 1/2 onwards are all double diaphragm. The special design ensures an extremely rapid response, a very high flow rate, and great ease of installation.

    A version without electrical piloting is available, with pneumatic control and remote piloting.

    The RMF-Z series represents a complete range of valves and solenoid valves with threaded connections used for cleaning dust collector filters, ranging from a size of 3/4" up to 4", all with female gas threading.

    Models larger than 1" 1/2 are all double diaphragm.

    AIRGLOBE RMF-Z-25 is interchangeable with Mecair Goyen VNP-208 and the older VEP-208.

    AIRGLOBE RMF-Z-40 is interchangeable with Mecair Goyen VNP-214 and the older VEP-214.

    Also available for immediate delivery are diaphragms and covers with included coils, interchangeable with Mecair – Goyen and Asco.

    This series of valves represents a complete range of valves and solenoid valves with quick connections used for cleaning dust collector filters.

    The unique feature of these valves is the extremely rapid opening and a high instantaneous flow rate that creates a shock wave, enabling the cleaning of the filter medium with minimal consumption of compressed air. Installation is very quick thanks to the simple insertion of the inlet and outlet pipes. The valves are made of anodized die-cast aluminum, and the screws are made of stainless steel.
