    Description

    Pneumax EVO valve range is characterized by the integration of the new multiprotocol module from the PX Series. This module has been specifically developed to handle pneumatic and electropneumatic components with extreme flexibility, allowing them to seamlessly interface with common communication protocols. The main objective of this module is to consolidate the concept of 'control' into a single solution that can be used both independently and integrated within an EVO solenoid valve manifold.

    The design of these manifolds aims to simplify installation, configuration and usage, also reducing setup times.

    The EVO valve arrays are divided into three main types:

    1. 3000 EVO series
    2. Optyma EVO series
    3. 2700 EVO series

     

    Pneumax 3000 EVO series is designed to deliver optimal performance and reliability across a wide range of industrial applications such as assembly, robotics or packaging. Highly flexible and easily customizable, the 3000 EVO series aims to maximize the overall system efficiency through constant information exchange and an optimized interface with the machinery.

    This type of solenoid valves features aluminum bodies with integrated electrical connections, a manual control and an LED indicating the valve's activation status.

    The 3000 EVO series is available in two variants: the 3100 version (10.5 mm size with M5 threaded connections) and the 3400 version (15.5 mm size with G1/8” threaded connections).

    Pneumax Optyma EVO series features an advanced design aimed at optimizing energy efficiency and reducing consumption.

    This type of valve manifold allows for endless combinations through the three S-F-T variants, designed to adapt to a wide range of applications with flow rates of up to 1000 Nl/min. The compact design and the use of technopolymers for the valve bodies give this series of valve manifolds remarkable lightweight characteristics.

    Designed to allow precise and reliable control, even in complex operational environments, Pneumax 2700 EVO series has been developed in compliance with ISO 15407 standards.

    Primarily tailored for the automotive sector, in its PX multiprotocol version equipped with a wide range of accessories, it offers a complete and efficient solution.

    The solenoid valves are mounted on a modular sub-base, featuring pneumatic connections of G1/4” and integrated electrical connection. In addition to the serial modules, the manifolds can be used with SUB-D connectors of 25 or 37 pins.
