The equipment for rent
Units for testing with liquids. Hydrostatic tests and leak tests on pipes, pipelines, valves, cylinders and tanks up to 5,000 bar (72,500 psi), with water or oil. Air driven with compressed air up to 10 bar, stainless steel frame, 12 litre tank, relief valve and pressure gauge. Pressure is held with no energy consumption and the pump restarts automatically if there is a leak downstream. Full features
Units for testing with gas. Tests and leak tests with air, nitrogen, helium and hydrogen on valves, fittings, pipes and tanks, and accumulator charging, up to 2,069 bar (30,000 psi). No electrical connection and no lubrication, with pilot valves that stop the system automatically on minimum inlet and maximum outlet pressure. Full features
INTERFLUID HA01-PRESS coning and threading machine. Prepares the ends of high pressure tubing on site for coned and threaded connections: facing, coning and threading in a single clamping, left-hand and right-hand threads. Stainless steel tubing from 1/4" to 1 1/2" outside diameter, for rated pressures up to 10,500 bar. 230 V single-phase supply, trolley on wheels, cutting oil system included.

Rental FAQ
What is the minimum rental period?
The minimum rental is one week. Weekly and monthly rates are available; extensions can also be agreed by the day.
Is the equipment delivered to site?
Yes, we arrange delivery and collection in Italy with transport quoted in the offer, or you can collect the equipment from our premises in Gallarate (VA). For other countries we assess requests case by case.
Do I need specialised staff to operate it?
The testing units and the HA01-PRESS machine are intended for technicians experienced in pressure piping. We supply start-up instructions on delivery and, on request, one of our technicians can assist you on site.
Do the testing units need electrical power?
No: the units for testing with liquids and with gas are air driven and run on compressed air up to 10 bar, with no electrical connection. They offer intrinsic safety in hazardous environments; suitability for a specific ATEX zone is checked in the offer.
Are the coning tools included?
Yes, the HA01-PRESS machine is delivered with the tool set for the agreed tube sizes. Blades and thread combs wear with use: consumption is defined in the offer.
