Utilizing advanced technologies and state-of-the-art hi-tech materials, the new lubricated rotary vane vacuum pumps by Vuototecnica, RVP series, are designed with automatic oil bath lubrication and recycling.

Equipped with a reliable electric motor, these pumps come ready for use. To ensure clean and quiet operation, they feature a large oil recovery tank positioned on the discharge. This tank is equipped with microfiber deoil-filter cartridges, which not only retain the oils but also act as silencers and smoke arrestors.

The oil within the system serves multiple functions, acting as a lubricant, cooling system and component for sealing between the rotating and fixed parts of the pumps. The pumps are also designed with an integrated check valve on the suction side, providing an additional level of safety and reliability. Upon request, a filter can be added to trap any impurities in the aspirated air.

All pumps in this series, except for the RVP 15 and RVP 21 models, come with a gas ballast valve as standard, making them highly compatible with water vapor. This combination of features, coupled with a sturdy and compact construction, makes them the ideal choice for continuous and demanding applications.
