GAS BOOSTER AND AIR AMPLIFIERS
Gas booster converts compressed air into high pressure up to 30.000 psi / 2.000 bar (10.000 psi / 700 bar for air amplifiers). They are intrinsecally safe and ATEX certified. They are supplied also in liquefied gases version.
ELECTRIC GAS BOOSTER
Electric boosters don’t need pneumatic power and compressed air. They can generate pressures up to 14.5000 psi (1.000 bar).
UNITS FOR PRESSURE TESTING
The units for pressure testing with hydrogen (maximum working pressure 30.000 psi) don’t require electrical connection nor lubrication. They are also availabe in AISI to be corrosion resistant.
SAFETY VALVES
Safety valves are set and available with ATEX certification. They protect the system against unwanted overpressure and they are design for installations up to 65.000 psi (4.500 bar).
HYDROGEN SOLENOID VALVES
Direct and piloted hydrogen solenoid valves for gas thanks to their minimal dimensions they garantee ease of use and integration. The certifications in support and the use up to 14.500 psi (1.000 bar) make them suitable for hydrogen systems.
NEEDLE VALVES
Bi-directional needle valves are also available with pneumatic actuators.
They afford the utmost safety and reliability, even under adverse operating conditions in flow control.
BALL VALVES
Trunnion ball valves ensure no leaks and handling up to 20.000 psi (1.380 bar). They are supplied in three standard mounting options: 2-Way, 3-Way Switching, 3-Way Diverting.
Also available with pneumatic or electric actuators.
REGULATORS
Pressure regulators for gases and liquids are suitable up to 20.000 psi (1.380). They are available in manual, air loaded and dome versions and they are made in AISI 316, aluminum and brass.
RIGID TUBES
Tubes for high pressure 100% made in Italy are available also with ASTM A370, ISO 6892-1 and NACE certifications. They improves their strenght and increase their duration up to 1.8 times thanks to autofrettage techinique. They are supplied in three sizes: 1/4”, 3/8” and 9/16”.
FITTINGS AND ADAPTORS
High pressure fittings and adaptors up to 100.000 psi (7.000 bar) guarantee a leak-free connection and assure a simple and dependable connection. They are made in stainless steel. Also available with NACE certification.
